Warranty:

At Voyagoux , we Voyagoux to provide the highest-quality suitcases and travel bags. However, unfortunately, defects can sometimes occur. That is why we offer a warranty on all our products—either 2 or 5 years, depending on the type of product.

What is covered by the warranty?

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Substandard material

If your product is affected by this issue, we will repair it free of charge or (if necessary) replace it. We will assess the defect and determine whether repair or replacement is the best solution. If the product or model is no longer in stock, you will receive an equivalent product of the same value.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Damage caused by factors unrelated to product quality is not covered by the warranty. This includes, among other things:

• External impacts (falls, collisions, rough handling on the baggage carousel)
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper or unreasonable use
• Neglect or exposure to extreme conditions (temperatures, solvents, (salt) water)
• Modifications made by the customer or repairs performed by third parties
• (Consequential) damage to personal property or persons

Please note:Damage incurred during transport or travel is not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. You must report such damage immediately to the carrier (for example, by filing a PIR form with the airline). This is often covered by your travel insurance as well.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Did your product break down while it was still under warranty? If so, you can easily make a claim under our warranty:

Once we receive your report, we willrespondwithin2 business days with the next steps.
