At Voyagoux, we strive to deliver suitcases and travel bags of the highest quality. However, unfortunately, a defect can occur. Therefore, we offer a warranty on all our products, depending on the product type: 2 or 5 years.
Our warranty covers:
· Manufacturing defects
· Faulty materials
If your product suffers from these issues, we will repair it free of charge or (if necessary) replace it. We will assess the defect and determine whether repair or replacement is the best solution. If the product or model is no longer in stock, you will receive an equivalent product of the same value.
Damage caused by circumstances beyond product quality is not covered by the warranty. This includes, among other things:
· External impacts (falls, collisions, rough handling on the baggage carousel)
· Normal wear and tear
· Incorrect or unreasonable use
· Negligence or exposure to extreme conditions (temperatures, solvents, (salt) water)
· Self-made modifications or repairs by third parties
· (Consequential) damage to personal property or persons
Please note: Damage during transport or travel is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty. You must report this damage directly to the transport company (for example, via a PIR form to the airline). This is often also covered by your travel insurance.
Has your product become defective within the warranty period? Then you can easily claim our warranty:
1. Mail to info@voyagoux.com
2. State your order number and a brief description of the problem
3. Add clear photos of the defect
After receiving your report, you will receive a response from us within 2 working days with the next steps.
Complaints procedure:
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first submit complaints to us by emailing info@voyagoux.com.
