Returns & Return Policy

What is the return period?

You can register your return within 30 days of receiving the item. You then have another 30 days to return the item.

Conditions for returns

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.

Can I also exchange my item?

No, unfortunately exchanging is not possible. To receive the correct item, you can return the product (at your own expense) and place a new order for the correct item.

How does the return process work?

  1. Register your return via the online return form below
  2. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  3. Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an email with the return address.
  4. Return your package according to the instructions in the email.
  5. After notification of the return, the retailer has 14 days to refund the order amount (including shipping costs). We will assess whether the return conditions have been met within 7 working days of receiving your return; subject to this assessment, we will then refund the purchase amount to you.

Conditions for returns

To get a full refund of the purchase price, it is important to return the item unused and if possible in its original packaging. You may view the item as you would in the store. We may hold you liable for any depreciation in value that arises because you have used the item in a different way than you would in a store.
For returning the order, the return costs are for your own account.

Excluded from this trial period are articles that have been custom-made on your behalf, such as custom-made clothes rails.
