Return period

You can request a return for your order within 30 days of receipt through our returns portal.

After you’ve registered your return, you have 14 days to send the package back.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

• To be undamaged
• To be complete
• Please return in the original packaging, if possible

You may inspect and evaluate the product just as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used more than is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may charge a restocking fee.

Return shipping costs

Returns can be easily requested through our returns portal.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be displayed when you initiate the return. These costs vary by country and carrier.

You are also free to choose your own carrier and ship the package to our return address at your own expense.

Defective or incorrectly delivered product

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item? Please contact us first at voyagoux.

After reviewing your report, we will provide a return label or an appropriate solution at no cost, if applicable.

Items excluded from return

The following items are excluded from return:

• Custom-made products
• Products that have been damaged through use
• Products that are not returned in their entirety

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used to place the order.

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How do returns work?

1. Sign up via our online returns portal.
2. Follow the instructions in the portal.
3. Please pack the item carefully.
4. Drop off the package at the carrier of your choice.
5. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process the refund.

International returns

Returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom can be easily registered through our returns portal.
